Refund Policy

Digital products are delivered immediately, which affects how refunds work. This page sets out exactly what applies.
Our policy
If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason, and we will issue it in full.
Once the file has been downloaded, we refund where the file is faulty, will not open, is materially different from what the product page described, or was charged more than once in error.
We do not refund a downloaded file simply because you changed your mind. Each guide's page states its length, what it covers and who it is for, so you can judge the fit before paying.
Statutory rights for consumers
Consumer law in some jurisdictions gives you a cancellation right on digital purchases. In the EU and UK that right can be waived, but only where you expressly consent to immediate delivery and separately acknowledge losing the right to cancel.
Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
We do not currently capture that consent separately at checkout, so if you are in the EEA or the UK you should assume your statutory cancellation right is unaffected by this policy. We are changing the checkout to record it properly.
How to request a refund
Email support@getguidevio.com with your order number and the reason. We aim to respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank typically takes 5–10 business days to show it.
What happens to your access
When a refund is issued, download access for that order is revoked and existing download links stop working.
The licence granted at purchase ends, and you must delete any copies of the file.
Chargebacks
If something has gone wrong, please contact us first — we can usually resolve it faster than a chargeback, which takes weeks.
