Delivery Policy

Everything sold here is a digital file. Nothing is shipped, and nothing physical crosses a border.

How delivery works

When your payment succeeds, a download link is sent to the email address you entered at checkout. This normally arrives within two minutes.

The link is signed and expires, which is what keeps paid files from being shared as a public URL. You can generate a fresh link at any time from your account.

There is no delivery, shipping or handling charge, and none is ever added to your order.

Where we deliver

Worldwide. There is no geographic restriction.

No customs duty or import charge applies, because nothing physical is shipped.

If your download does not arrive

Check the spam or promotions folder first — automated receipts land there more often than anywhere else.

If it has not arrived within 30 minutes, email support@getguidevio.com with your order number and we will re-issue the link. We reply within 2 business days.

A failed or delayed delivery is never a reason you lose access to something you paid for.

Format

All current guides are PDF files, readable on any device without special software.

Each product page states the page count and file size before you buy.
